The Rights Retained by the People

The U.S. Constitution begins with the words of the Preamble to the Constitution: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to Ourselves, and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Those words should never be viewed as a mere introductory sentence. They must not be ignored or discarded as we go on to read the articles, the sections, and the amendments to the Constitution. Those, often ignored, words in the Preamble, are a very important part of the Constitution, and should be used as a guide post, at every level of the US government, and to all lawyers, and in courts which seek to apply the Constitution to cases across the USA.

Those words tell us who the Constitution, our federal government’s foundation, was written by,  what it was meant to do, and who it was to cover.The rest of the Constitution should be understood, under the words of the preamble.

The preamble tells us who the Constitution was written on behalf of, and whose consent it was written with; it was written on behalf of and with the consent of: We the People of the United States.

The U.S. Constitution was to do certain things, and was to be a foundation of those people’s,– The: We the People of the United States; it was to be the foundation of their government. In the words of the preamble, the Constitution was established to secure the Blessings of Liberty to Ourselves, and to OUR Posterity. It was for those particular people, and not for the people of other nations, it was not for all of the world’s, people. There is no mention in the preamble of securing the blessings of Liberty to other people, other than the people of the United States and their descendants, their “posterity”. The Constitution was not to apply to other people; it was not meant as the document that would govern other nations. It was not meant to apply to foreign nationals who had, purposely, deliberately, and illegally invaded our border for their own purposes and for their own gain, and who in their lawsuits, cited the American Constitution as the document to win their cases, and to secure these foreign people’s rights-against Americans rights. Especially against the guarantee, in the Constitution that guarantees Americans “protection from invasion”.  The Constitution, by its statement in the Preamble, was not meant to be claimed for the benefit, and the protection of those mass migrations of people who were within the USA, illegally, or on their way to invade our border against our immigration laws.

For decades the United States has been engaged in an often ignored, and often unacknowledged, war of numbers. This war of numbers is the willful, and illegal invasion of millions of people who enter our border illegally with the intention of residing here on their own terms, and against America’s immigration laws. This illegal invasion of “migrants” has grown,  and continues even though the Kennedy Immigration Bill of the 1960’s gave foreign people from 3rd world nations every advantage in order to immigrate to the United States legally. Millions of them have come legally, and then have brought in millions more of their countrymen with chain migration, but many more of them came without legal permission. They came because they had a sense of entitlement to all that is ours. They considered what belonged to Americans as already the property of the illegal foreign nationals, and they came to claim it.

But despite this attitude of “entitlement, and ownership” that has been carefully taught to these invaders by their home countries governments, they are invading a sovereign nation, and Americans want this ended because it is stealing our nation out from under us. The Democrat party has aided and abetted this illegal invasion for many decades; the huge, and planned changes that the Kennedy bill made to U.S. demographics was more than substantial, but the Democrat Globalists wanted to escalate the numbers of foreigners from Mexico, Latin American and the entire world. The Daca Amnesty was one way of doing that, and it is one of Obama’s and the Democrat’s prime projects because it gives a huge gift, in the form of reparation payments, signaling to the invaders, and to the Democrats, and to all of those who have conducted a subversive war against America, that they, the illegal invaders, are the victors, and to the victors belong the spoils. This unending series of invasions has been an undeclared war of numbers against the American citizens in which millions invade by families, or by individuals, or now in mass migrations that come in a militant manner, ready to assault our border and our border agents with violence in order to break down the USA border.

The battle for the illegal DACA amnesty has gone on since Obama established it by writing a memo to the head of DHS; it would be an immense gift, an award to the lawless, and their countrymen in foreign nations who would come to the USA with mass chain migrations. DACA would cost innocent Americans, who haven’t done anything, everything. It would cost them billions in taxpayer dollars paid to the lawless, and as there always is, there would be countless unforeseen consequences. And it would be the Americans who would pay all of the costs of DACA. And it would be the foreign children brought here by their parents, and their parents, the invaders of the USA who would reap all of the benefits. And the price of DACA to Americans would be a much higher price than taxpayer dollars. It is certain that one of the costs to citizens would be the loss of political power, and loss of control of the United States of America, forever.

Under article 4 section 4 of the Constitution: The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a Republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion, and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.” Despite that guarantee, America has not been protected against invasion. The Congress and previous presidents haven’t protected the citizens or the nation, instead they aided and abetted those invasions. The presidents, including Obama, who aided and abetted the Central American invasion, were committing treason against the American people by their actions in supporting and aiding and abetting a foreign people’s invasion of our sovereign nation.  We, the people, the rightful citizens, can no longer trust Democrats in Congress who will not listen to the citizens, and refuse to represent their best interests. Democrats in Congress have told the American people that they are now aligned with and support the illegal immigrant population, and not American citizens. Americans cannot trust or rely on Democrat leaders because they were acting against the wishes, and the will of the people. As Democrats work for the illegal foreigners, they work against U.S. citizens, and Democrats break US laws in order to aid and abet these foreign people. Democrats were betraying their oaths of office to support, protect and defend the Constitution, when they used taxpayer money, not to defend Americans, but rather to defend and to support millions of illegal foreign nationals. The Democrats have long been in rebellion against the will of the people who elected President Donald Trump, and who by that 2016 election signaled, even more strongly than they had before, that they wanted the invasions of the US border to stop, and they wanted the WALL that would protect America, built.

The Framers of the Constitution couldn’t have imagined the astonishing attacks on the Constitution and on the rights of the people, to have gone as far as the democrats, and their illegal foreign nationals have gone in 2018. But the Framers knew human nature. So, in the Constitution their foresight included the 9th and 10th Amendments to the Constitution. The 9th Amendment states: The enumerating in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

The 10th amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the People.

The radical actions of Democrats in Congress, and democrats in all levels of the government, and in courts across the USA, and their continual and coordinated actions to destroy immigration enforcement, and to open the USA border,  disenfranchises and  marginalizes American’s rights in their own country. It is a dangerous time for the citizens, and for the nation. It is time to enumerate rights that are necessary to protect the citizens and the nation, under the 9th and 10th amendments . The Rights retained by the people must be used to stop the Democrats from usurping our Constitutional rights and our very place as citizens of the United States.

Rights that are Retained by the American People: 

1. Includes the right to retain their place as citizens in this country and should preclude Congress, or any Court in the USA from disenfranchising the citizens political power, by bringing in millions more invaders from foreign countries, who are here to out number and to out-vote USA citizens in U.S.elections, or to prevent the legal deportation of those illegals. Congress, the Legislatures,the Courts, and officials in all levels of government now allow those foreigners to assume rights that are not theirs, and to usurp the rights of the citizens. This country, the United States of America, was settled, and built by English Colonists. Traditional Americans live in a country that was settled, created, and fought for by their ancestors. And that right of the American people to be the citizens of this land can not be usurped by any illegal foreign people who have come here illegally, forced their way in, and who have appropriated what is ours against our will. This foreign population has demonstrated by its protests, speeches, actions and statements, its intentions are to take our (the natural born citizens and the naturalized citizens,) place in America, and to take the control of the country out of our hands.

The rights retained by the people include honest elections in the United States. And not elections in which a foreign people work with Democrats against the intentions and the preferences of Americans in order to interfere in the integrity and the honesty of U.S. elections, and to aid and abet illegal invaders to vote and to steal American elections for themselves and for the benefit of the Democrat party’s agenda in America.

The rights retained by the people, the rightful citizens of the United States, include: the right not to be taxed to support sanctuary universities, cities, counties, and states that work against Americans best interests, but work instead to protect illegal foreign nationals interests in the United States, and to protect them from immigration law enforcement, and from facing the consequences of their lawlessness. Because Sanctuaries have been purposely established to subvert the Constitution, and to hide, and protect, the illegal foreign national criminals from having to obey America’s laws.

The rights retained by the people must include the right under Amendment 13, Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Americans, are being forced into involuntary servitude when the United States Government spends 84 billion-to 99 billion taxpayer paid dollars, minimum, every year, to support a huge foreign population that illegally resides, against the wishes of the citizens, and against their best interests and their safety, and prevents the citizens pursuit of happiness, within the United States of America. This has become an issue of taxation without representation. After so many decades of objections from Americans, sent to our leaders in millions of letters, calls, and continual petitions to Congress, and to our Presidents, and government officials at every level, these government officials have continually refused to hear the voice, the complaints and the petitions of the United States citizens. We have been, and are now forced to pay taxes to support the United States government, and that government takes billions of our dollars, not for the American people, but rather for an invading, illegal foreign people, that Democrats, and Globalists aid and abet into our country against our will, and assist these people in remaining here, against our laws and our will. We are forced to pay taxes to support these foreign people, and so American’s are being put into a position of involuntary servitude for the benefit of a huge population of foreigners.

The rights retained by the people must include the right to stop the betrayal of the country by those in Congress, and those officials at all other levels of government, who have repeatedly told the American people, on  behalf of those who claim the DACA amnesty, and on behalf of all illegal immigrants, that the democrats are now aligned with those illegal foreign nationals claims, and that they no longer represent Americans, but are representing this group of illegal foreign nationals against the rights of Americans in their own country. Since the Democrats have brought in a foreign people and represent them, they cannot be trusted with the powers of their office. The Democrats cannot be trusted because they do not represent us, and because they have shown a willingness to use the power and authority of their office to harm us.

The rights retained by the people must also include the continual sovereignty of this nation and the maintaining of the border that protects American sovereignty. This is necessary because in 2018 every Democrat in the USA senate signed a bill written by Senator Diane Feinstein which declared the Democrat’s intention of opening America’s border to the entire world, and of abolishing both the border and all law enforcement for U.S.immigration laws.This bill would include a decree against arrests of all those who were living illegally in the United States, and all who invaded the United States after the Democrats had opened the border. That Feinstein Bill is a treasonous bill, and would put an end to the United States of America, and every senator who signed it is a traitor against the country.
